SurviKit aims to help people prepare calmly for emergencies. Please read the following before you rely on anything on this site.
General information only
The guides, checklists, item descriptions and other content on this site are general information. They are not medical advice, legal advice or professional advice of any kind, and they cannot take your individual situation into account.
Not a substitute for training
Reading a guide does not replace hands-on training. We strongly recommend a first aid course and, where available, civil protection training in your area. Some items, such as a tourniquet, should only be used by people who know how to use them correctly.
Follow your authorities
In an emergency, always follow the instructions of your local authorities, emergency services and civil protection. Their instructions take priority over anything on this site. Rules, signals and emergency numbers differ between countries and can change.
Expert review
Parts of the content, especially safety-critical topics such as first aid, tourniquets, potassium iodide and shelter-in-place, are still waiting for review by medical and civil protection experts. These pages show a visible notice until the review is complete. We will update the content based on the experts’ feedback.
No liability
We do our best to keep the information accurate and up to date, but we cannot guarantee that it is complete, correct or suitable for every situation. To the extent permitted by law, SurviKit is not liable for any loss, injury or damage resulting from the use of this site or the information on it.
The kit is not yet for sale
The SurviKit box is not on sale yet. The “I’m interested” form only registers your interest so we can measure demand and tell you when the kit launches. It is not an order and creates no obligation for you or for us. Contents, prices and delivery countries described on this site may still change.
